Zero Webhost provides free web hosting services including storage space, bandwidth, email accounts, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To use our services, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to use our services to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Consume excessive server resources
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

You retain all rights to the content you upload to our servers. However, you are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and these terms.

Free hosting accounts are subject to the following limitations:

• 1GB storage space
• 1 email account
• Reasonable bandwidth usage
• Standard support response times

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before taking such action when possible.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability, we are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website content and data.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Zero Webhost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
